Another unique quality of working for Columbus Auto Group is our sales associates are paid a weekly salary on top of their potential monthly bonus. The sky is the limit Never sold anything? No problem. Experience is NOT required. We train all our staff and set you up for success. We pride ourselves on growing our associates and promoting from within.
