Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth Team Leadership : Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed guest expectations and sales goals Customer Relationship : Foster strong guest relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction Inventory Management : Manage vehicle inventory and ensure proper merchandise presentation Training & Development : Provide coaching and training to the sales team on effective sales techniques and industry trends Performance Monitoring : Regularly review and analyze sales performance against business goals to identify areas for improvement Partnership Building : Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in automobile sales, with at least two years in a management position Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
