Job Description: Assistant Hotel Manager/Duty Manager Location: Copenhagen - Denmark Salary: 33.000 DKR + perks listed below Start: ASAPMy client is looking for the next Assistant Hotel Manager / Duty Manager to join their team asap Do you consider yourself a motivator who loves team work, someone who gets motivated to be hands on and bring the good vibes all round YOUR TASKSMotivate a team of 20 FTE- you ensures a pleasant and safe work climate and good cooperation within the team and with other colleagues Recruitment of your team together with HR, to see the correct on- and offboarding process You are very familiar with the Danish labor law To take a lead in regular individual and team meetings, subsequently developing skills and knowledge through training and workplace exchanges Ensuring all work equipment and information required for providing the guests with the best possible service is available, in good condition continuously optimizes clear workflow and definitions You are using available tools to obtain feedback from guests Analyzing and categorizing the feedback comes naturally to you, you plan activities, implementing them in coordination with the Hotel Manager Attending the complaints from the guests that could not be solved by the team and ensuring that the guest is satisfied with the offered solution You see the optimal room distribution by means of conscientious occupancy optimization, coordinate the optimal allocation of group rooms in coordination with the Groups department Performing regular audits aligned with company standards, documenting them, and initiating corrective measures in coordination with the Operations Manager You are maintaining an inventory management system, overseeing stock-takes in keeping with the provided guidelines, and supporting the preparation of monthly closings YOUR PROFILEYou have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leading a front office team or similar You enjoy leading a diverse, motivated team and are an inspiring.
