Position: Sales Administrator Location: Galway Salary: Negotiable DOEPosition: Sales Administrator Location: Galway Salary: Negotiable DOE Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Work as a multi-tasker alongside the sales and administration team Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives Entering data onto the factory ordering system Entering data onto the internal system Working closely with the Sales and Site Coordinators to ensure correct information is sent to our factory Issuing Fire Certificates Dealing with and responding to emails Answering incoming phone calls and directing the call to the appropriate department Communicating internally important feedback from customers Sales Administrator Requirements: Needs to be an organised person who can multi-task. Must have meticulous eye to detail. Needs to be fluent in English and needs to be good communicating with people over the phone and by email. Must have sales experience Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience in the Construction Industry desirable.
