You’ll supervise and direct our multi-trade repairs teams and sub-contractors to deliver a customer focused service, working across both responsive and void properties. Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards, working within budget, KPI’s and service standards. Ensuring our void properties are turned around quickly. Successfully managing internal teams and sub-contractors in delivering on our customer promise. And we really are great, a top 10 Great Place to Work in the UK employer in fact! You have An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in construction or if not, strong equivalent operational experience. SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification and experience managing the health and safety of a direct workforce and contractors. Great knowledge of housing repairs and improvements, including building regulations and working to specifications. Experience of managing maintenance or construction teams, successfully delivering work programmes within time and budget, driving performance, productivity and quality.
