Contract Personnel Norwich are recruiting for their client based in the outskirts of Norwich who are looking to take on skilled candidates to operate sawmills. Own transport is essential due to site location. Our client offers temp to perm positions for the right candidates. Job duties include: Operate and maintain sawmill equipment to cut logs into lumber Monitor sawmill machinery for proper functioning and adjust as needed Stack and sort lumber according to grade and size specifications Perform routine maintenance tasks on sawmill equipment, and follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Involve the use of hand/power tools, and heavy lifting Any other duties as required Shift pattern & pay: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:000 £13.00/hr - weekly PAYE Benefits of working through Contract Personnel include: Weekly pay direct into your bank account every Friday (PAYE) Dedicated team to look after you during you assignment We work with multiple clients across Norfolk & Suffolk meaning we can offer you alternative work at short notice To apply, contact the Industrial Team @ Contract Personnel, Norwich.
