" Johnson & Johnson Innovate Medicine is recruiting for a Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Compliance Partnerships in one of the following locations: High Wycombe, UK; Beerse, Belgium; Zug, Switzerland. This role is a hybrid role with 2 days of home office possible. The mission of the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Compliance Partnerships team is to provide exceptional support to GRA and beyond by establishing alliances, promoting a culture of excellence, and encouraging innovative approaches within regulatory compliance. Through proactive engagement with partners, optimization of audit processes and development of impactful training initiatives, the team facilitates navigation of the dynamic regulatory landscape. The Compliance Partnerships team provides end-to-end, customer-focused collaboration, driving proactive process improvement and sustainable compliance. The focus of the role is on relationship building and collaboration with colleagues and partners to continue to strengthen the understanding of compliance across GRA and build an adaptable model that meets the evolving needs of the business for the future. The position will independently make recommendations and decisions that drive continuous improvement and ensure appropriate leadership engagement in issues using an analytical approach. The team identifies and understands complex problems and recommends common, effective, and compliant solutions within a Global organization.
