Key Responsibilities: Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyors: Assist in all aspects of quantity surveying activities, including cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting. Contract Administration: Aid in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, subcontract agreements, and procurement processes in accordance with industry standards and company policies. Cost Control: Assist in monitoring project costs, tracking variations, and preparing accurate forecasts to ensure budgetary compliance and profitability. Document Management: Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence, to support effective project management and audit processes. Risk Management: Contribute to the identification and backssment of commercial risks, offering proactive solutions and recommendations to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate clear communication, resolve queries, and address commercial matters in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications and Skills: Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
