This role blends leadership, management and clinical expertise, only exceptional candidates should apply. As part of this role you will Ensure ADHD 360's approach to backssment and treatment for both ADHD and Autism remains compliant with necessary regulatory standards and ensure that the overall strategic growth for ADHD, both in the UK and other territories, is delivered medically Tactical responsibilities Managing the clinical team leaders managerial responsibilities and clinical leaders subject matter experts Capacity management CPD is an expected norm, and the post holder will be expected to attend international conferences such as but not exclusively, APA, NEI, ADHD World Congress and readily give their time, to this highest level of CPD opportunities fully expensed Being responsible for recruiting new members of staff to the clinical teams, including being part of our backssment centre days Delivering medical elements of the ADHD 360 academy, a once-a-month or bi-monthly weekend commitment, residential in a Lincolnshire hotel Attending and representing the clinical team at a monthly Clinical Operations Meetings, normally convened at ADHD 360 HQ, Nettleham, Linc Collating information and making management.
