This role is designed for those with a fiery passion for justice and a rich background in Asbestos Litigation or Personal Injury law. Positioned in Philadelphia, this full-time, in-office role promises the chance to become an instrumental part of our legal team, engaging directly with cases that make a difference. We're looking for someone ready to dive in and contribute to our success. What You'll Do: Craft and refine key legal documents, ensuring precision and adherence to legal standards. Manage, organize, and maintain case files with precision, making full use of Smart Advocate. Keep a keen eye on docket schedules to uphold all filing deadlines rigorously. Serve as a primary touchpoint for our clients, offering them unwavering support and clear updates. Engage in detailed legal research to bolster our teams efforts in constructing formidable asbestos-related personal injury cases. Execute administrative tasks with efficiency, contributing to the seamless flow of operations. What We're Looking For: At least 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a comfortable grasp of Windows-based platforms. We'd Love It If You Have: 1+ years of experience directly in Asbestos Litigation Paralegal roles. Familiarity with Smart Advocate, ideally with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm Compensation & Benefits: A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 , depending on your experience and expertise.
