Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the states of Michigan, California, and New York.8+ years of experience practicing federal immigration law. Skills:In-depth knowledge of federal immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.Extensive experience representing clients in federal courts and administrative agencies.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of handling federal immigration cases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, or related software.
