Join a team of dynamic, results-oriented professionals with TeamHealth as a physician in Syracuse, New York! In this role, you will provide primary care services in post-acute care facilities, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities: Rounding between 2 facilities available 4-5 days a week on a full-time basis to start in area Patient volume 15-20 patients/day Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to clinicians within facilities Qualifications: Background in providing primary care in internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM), emergency medicine (EM), urgent care, physiatry, PM&R, or geriatrics Ability to work flexible schedules Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $225,000-$242,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.Apply today to learn more!
