Associate Creative Director, Art (AI focus - Photoshop) Aquent Studios x Adobe is a custom-built creative agency partnership that provides scalability with world-class talent to Adobe's in-house studio and web team. This collaboration creates exciting opportunities to work with Aquent Studios and impact millions of customers, showcasing Adobe's products via innovative storytelling and unique visual experiences. We're looking for an ACD, Art to join the Aquent Studios team in support of Adobe. This role helps lead conceptual strategy and execution for full funnel Photoshop campaign marketing across all channels and surfaces with a focus on AI imagery generation. What you'll do: Helps lead conceptual strategy and execution for full funnel Photoshop campaign marketing and product releases across all channels and surfaces.Work on a team with creatives from Adobe Studio and stakeholder partners to build out coordinated campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.Be hands-on to create assets and deliverablesDeeply understand product features to create and show off via artwork and imagination pieces in context of Adobe brand guidelines What you need to succeed: Portfolio of original and breakthrough work, with a focus on campaign marketingDepth of imagination and curiosity clearly portrayed in the quality of your work.Strong, sophisticated graphic design sensibilities with an impeccable visual standardKeen eye for what is on brand for Adobe.Experience with prompt-based image generation as exploration for Photoshop AI must be created within the app.Examples of innovative exploration into AI generated imagery or partnerships with AI artists.A strong drive to innovate and a solid pulse on new markets and cultural and social trends is essential to succeed in this role.Expertise and passion in AI-generated imagery to highlight Adobe's newest tools is critical.Expertise in developing creative solutions across a broad range of media, including advertising, marketing, graphic design, and instructional design.Solid knowledge of the creative process, including time and resources needed to produce quality work on time, and to specification. Required skills: 8+ years of graphic design, art, and marketing related experience Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.Outstanding ability to deliver innovative and on-strategy ideas which are highly resolved and meet the objectives of the assignment.Excellent skills with design software, including, but not limited to, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects experience a plus but not required.Deeply dialed into new creative audiences and social trends.Ability to collaborate with writers, designers, and creative technologists to develop concepts.Excellent design, layout, and typography skills in a range of media across a broad range of projects.Ability to art direct photographers and illustrators as necessary.Leadership skills: keeps a level head, solves problems, motivates the team, and engenders confidence that the assignment is entirely in control.Ability to communicate effectively with creative and project management teammates, engendering trust and respect.Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, flexible environment Client Description Aquent Studios is a global creative studio that delivers scale, speed and efficiency to the world's most recognized brands. Required Qualifications Compensation Range: $145 - $155K (DOE) The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
