The Architectural Designer will support all phases of architectural work, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The successful candidate will have a passion for design and the ability to be dynamic in a fast paced environment. collaborate the development of the design with internal stakeholders conduct and review internal site surveys for scope development collaborate with stakeholders to develop design requirements design and document drawing sets for design, permit and construction ensure all projects follow the Akelius standards conduct site visits to document existing conditions conduct site visits as needed to investigate unforeseen issues and review code compliance and quality of construction maintain project file database other duties as assigned who you are four or five year college degree in architecture from an accredited university three to five years of similar professional experience in architecture field with preferred multifamily or multifamily renovation experience proficient with Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office Suite, Sketch Up, or similar applications knowledge of construction details and local building codes how to apply Apply with a copy of your resume and selected work samples. about Akelius Akelius acquires, upgrades, and manages residential properties.
