Position: RN CVORCompany: Travel HireLocation: Albuquerque, NM, United StatesContract Details: Full-timeTravel Hire is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN CVOR to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As an RN CVOR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the cardiovascular operating room. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:- Perform pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective procedures- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions as needed- Administer medications and assist with anesthesia administration- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and equipment for surgical procedures- Provide patient and family education on post-operative care and recovery- Document all patient care accurately and thoroughly- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment- Participate in on-call rotation as neededQualifications:- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVOR setting- BLS and ACLS certifications- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays- Willingness to travel as neededWe offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
