Position Overview: As the VP of Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, planning, and analysis, while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals and objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Manage financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making. Present financial performance and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Proven track record of strategic financial management and business acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
