New Build Lettings Negotiator Oxford, UK Full Time Temporary £31,097 I have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a team based in Oxford City Centre, as a New Build Lettings Negotiator. This is a full time, temporary position with a contract period of 3 months. The purpose of this role is to let properties, and manage the leasing of up to 30 new rental units, providing high quality customer service whilst maximising income of the company. This role is based both within office and from the show apartment. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role, as a Lettings Negotiator or similar Previous experience in the Private Rented Sector/ High Street Residential Lettings Knowledge of legislation surrounding tenancy agreements, renewal, and vacancieinteractioncellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent administrative abilitieinteractioncellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines Previous experience in a fast paced environment, and ability to plan and organise workloads to meet deadliness Role Expectations Manage the Leasing of up to 30 new rental units Respond to enquiries by phone and Email, offer advice to both tenants and clients regarding the letting process Scheduling and conducting apartment viewings Secure tenants for available properties, ensuring targets are met Conduct backssments for potential tenants regarding their suitability and affordability Attend Home Demonstrations on tenants move in dates Maintain accurate records for all aspects of the lettings process, ensure all database information is accurate and up to date Update property portals with up to date adverts and information Ability to work flexibly.
