Events Assistant Location: San Francisco, CASalary: 70,000 plus Commission About our client Our client, an award-wining restaurant located in San Francisco has an exciting new opportunity They are looking for a dedicated Events Assistant to join their committed team of hospitality professionals Main Responsibilities of the Events Assistant: Assist with the restaurant’s private dining and special events, ensuring events are executed as planned and according to the restaurant’s standards Respond to enquiries and bookings via phone and email promptly and professionally Produce various reports daily/weekly where necessary Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of events Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organisation Follow up with clients after events and rectify any issues in an efficient manor to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers and third parties to drive repeat customers Key Requirements: Experience working in events, preferably in a hospitality setting Detail orientated with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills Can hold their own and has a strong hospitable nature Ability to work a flexible schedule to work all events Vaccination from Covid-19 is required Send your resume to Alana today if you are interested in their role.
