Senior Administration Officer – Catford Temp Vacancy Pay Rate: £15.51ph Full-Time 37 hours Job Purpose: Senior Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the highways and transport team, including: Minute taking Undertake general and extensive administrative tasks Complaint handling Supporting the team and other departments if needed Monitoring shared mailboxes when required Provide project support Raise PO's Support the maintenance of records and monitoring for service budgets and contract registers. Skills required: Ability to self motivate and work within a team & by self Good telephone manner may be required to speak to the public via phone and email Demonstrable experience of providing a high-quality and comprehensive administrative service, delivering core business processes to agreed performance standardinteractiontensive knowledge of ICT & Microsoft packages Good attention to detail Hybrid working possible, please ask during interview.
