If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We are seeking an experienced and engaging Senior Care and Support Assistant to join and lead our team of Care and Support Assistants at Shaftesbury Place, which is located in a quiet, residential area of Cheltenham. Our lively supported living service provides both residential care and supported housing with care for 28 adults aged 18:65. It has 16 bedrooms and two flats where customers can receive personal care and support, as well as 10 one: bedroom supported living flats. Our dedicated team prioritise going above and beyond to support our customers in reaching their goals and celebrating their achievements. We are looking for someone who is client focused and shares our core values.
