The Growing Place Garden Center | Naperville, Illinois Details: Part-time $15/hour Qualifications: Heavy lifting | retail sales TGP Mission Statement We are a destination committed to providing an exceptional experience, quality plants, gardening expertise and inspiration. TGP Employee Goal To constantly strive to better TGP in product, presentation, customer service, and co-worker care. Position Overview This position gives you flexibility and variety every day. You will be helping customers load their purchases into their cars, watering and caring for plants, making sure carts are available for customers, and simple maintenance projects onsite in our beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Can Include Helping customers load items into their car. Onsite maintenance projects. Moving, sorting, pricing, and watering plant material. Heavy lifting required; must be able to move carts of plants. Cashiering Hours/Seasons Part-time seasonal hours. Holidays, weekends, and evenings may be required in peak season and as needed the remainder of the year.
