We have the following direct care opening available for the right professional: WHERE: South Park, Castle Shannon, Beth Park areas WHEN: Flexible schedule - hours available are - early morning 6am to 10am and evenings 5pm to 9pm; choose what works for you up to 40 hours/week available PAY: $14- $16/hour, based on experience and skill REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have have own vehicle and drive and prior experience providing personal care and support BENEFITS: -Flexible schedule (“sweet spot scheduling” based on your preferences and availability)-Limited Traveling: Our Caregivers typically do NOT travel more than 10 miles to any client -Paid training and orientation at full hourly rate -Bonuses (i.e. referrals, quarterly performance) -All staff earn paid time off -IRA Retirement plan -Health insurance plan -Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time -Holiday Pay and Shift Differentials-24/7 On Call Support from a dedicated on call coordinator -E xceptional onboarding process and ongoing administrative support from a professional, responsive and accountable leadership team In a world of average, we are extraordinary .Why?
