Description SAIC, a leading provider of systems development and deployment, targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering and integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC), is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives, while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importanceSAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Systems Engineer that specializes in SharePoint administration to manage day-to-day activities of the SharePoint infrastructureThis will include SharePoint administration, enhancements, operations and maintenance (O&M) tasks, and providing ad-hoc user supportResponsibilities include:--- Executing SharePoint tasks as necessary to maintain the environment in accordance with overall enterprise support--- Interacting with end users to troubleshoot issues, gather and elucidate requirements, and explaining end user procedures and techniques--- Complying with IT enterprise oversight requirements--- Performing all necessary functions required to maintain the SharePoint application Qualifications--- Active TS/SCI with polygraph--- TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience--- Required skills 1Demonstrated experience working in a training environment2Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously3Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration4Demonstrated experience developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions5Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products6Demonstrated experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML 7Demonstrated experience with MS PowerPoint 8Demonstrated experience with MS OneNote 9Demonstrated experience with MS Word 10Demonstrated experience solving complex application development problems11Demonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations on product design12Demonstrated experience Adobe Captivate 13Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining websites14Demonstrated experience creating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials15Demonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography and audio recording, editing and distribution16Demonstrated experience using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking systemDesired skills 1Demonstrated experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alert, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software products2Demonstrated experience with Sponsor cloud technology networks and systems3Demonstrated experience creating motion graphic products4Demonstrated experience working with specialists to build training products5Demonstrated experience with general photography6Demonstrated experience with video production or experience in a video production support role7Demonstrated experience with JavaScript (JS)8Demonstrated experience with graphic design including animation and 3D animation9Degree(s): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or other related field from an accredited institution10Certification(s): UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institutionSAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadlineCovid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boostersCustomer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
