Desktop Delivery Manager (PowerShell)

Title: Lead Desktop Engineer Location: Dallas TX or New York NY (Onsite Monday to Friday) Duration: Full-time Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences 6+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure exposure supporting end user systems in an enterprise environment 2+ years engineering and implementing end user systems in an enterprise environment Administration level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Operating Systems Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong customer service experience Knowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimization Experience managing projects including milestones and target completion dates Insatiable level of technical curiosity Strong exposure to utilizing PowerShell in management of systems Familiarity with MDM/MAM solutions Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security Proficiency in VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologies Proven technical documentation skills Availability for night and weekend on-call work as well as light travel Must be physically able to lift and carry computers and other related equipment of up to 50 lbs. Beneficial Skills and Interests Programming and scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic, VBscript, or similar scripting/programming knowledge Imaging solutions such as Windows Deployment Services and System Center Configuration Manager Understanding of Unix/Linux especially RHEL and CentOS Basic understanding of coding best-practices and version control Usage of configuration management systems and automation technologies such as Ansible Exposure to JIRA and Confluence or similar suites or ticketing systems Software management including repackaging, scripted installations, and deployment Leading technical training, both one-on-one and in group sessions MCP/MCSE/CCNA or equivalent a plus Knowledge of the Securities and Trading industry Success Factors Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to coach and mentor early career engineers Passion for technology and desire to stay informed of the latest trends and best practices Comfort in high pressure environments Proven troubleshooting methodology and problem-solving skills Ability to manage an active task list and consistently meet deadlines About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
