We need an Admissions Liaison (Nurses with sales experience Preferred ) to join our team at Stonespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Dayton, OH . $18 to $25 Per Hour- no nurse license $26 to $30 Per Hour- LPN $32 to $38 Per Hour- RN You’ll help our Admissions Coordinator achieve facility census goals and ensure proper adherence to facility admissions procedures. You’ll Be Responsible For: Providing facility information & tours utilizing Carespring sales process standards & tools Communicating referral data to the Admissions Coordinator Maintaining PCC database of referrals & outcomes Maintaining sales reports & tracking census building efforts Maintaining Logs for completion of Carespring Reports Working with residents & families to determine whether facility meets their needs Working with Case Management team to ensure timely completion of verifications & precertifications while communicating responsibilities to residents & families Working with department heads to organize community marketing events Submitting press releases to area newspapers & coordinating special advertising with our consulting advertising firm Completing all resident admission paperwork, including ensuring that the resident meets financial requirements for admission You’ll Need To Have: PCC/Epic Experience required Exceptional organization and communication skills A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly The ability to easily build strong rapport with coworkers, residents, and families We’re Proud To Offer You: Career Growth - internal growth & scholarship & tuition reimbursements Daily Pay – Get paid the same or next day if needed Flexible schedules Holiday pay Employee referral bonus pay Paid Time Off Accrual – from date of hire Tuition Reimbursement Program Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Discount Plan Life Insurance – paid for by company Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Company Match Exceptional Care & Quality Service are the hallmarks of Stonespring's in-house team of talented and experienced licensed therapists, nurses and caregivers .
