This job is to complete clinical postural care backssments focusing on seating in care homes. Job role: Postural Care backssment focusing on Seating for residents in care homesDevelopment of referral process for care homes into Accora Postural Care backssment including: Liaise with care home staff to obtain essential information regarding residents needs and medical condition. IT and recording of information on Accora IT systemsCarry out seating backssments which may be basic or complex of residents within a care home environment. Work with care home staff to identify seating needs and solutions using the Configura range at time of backssment. Liaising with clinical team to ensure appropriate backssment/product selection/report writing Liaising with internal CS/ISC/PS teams etcDocumentation / postural care backssment outcome reportsProvide brief summary of backssment for each resident within care home records on site. Provide a written report outlining presenting problems, identified postural limitations and recommendations with clinical reasoning. Outline specification of the chairUse Accora online tool to raise quotation. Collate report and quotation, send through to identified care home funder.
