Responsibilities: • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met• Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing• Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants Qualifications: • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service• Basic understanding of MS Office Compensation: 54500 About Company: We are a community of excellent agents who are the most trusted in East Tennessee.
