We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garden Estate Landscape Maintenance Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for caring for outdoor environments and a knack for leading projects and small teams.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular weekly visits to assigned properties to ensure impeccable appearance and health of all landscaped areas.- Perform hands-on maintenance duties including pruning, mulching, planting, and general upkeep.- Install small plantings and seasonal floral displays to enhance the visual appeal of the property.- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides following best environmental practices and safety standards.- Monitor and maintain the health of lawns and shrubbery, implementing treatment plans as necessary.- Liaise with property owners to report on status, issues, or improvements, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to their aesthetic vision.- Manage and maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.- Supervise and train team members, promoting a culture of professionalism and high performance.Requirements:- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture, preferably in a leadership role.- If you despise Crepe Murder, then you may be an ideal candidate.- Strong knowledge of plant care, landscape design, and maintenance techniques.- Ability to identify plant species and understand their maintenance requirements.- You should be able to handle pruners better (safely) than Yoda wields a saber.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining positive client and team interactions.- Physically capable of performing outdoor maintenance tasks under varying weather conditions.- If you have an eye for gardens like “Capability Brown” then you’ll probably be hired on the spot.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:- Being outside!
