Responsibilities: • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly• Listing follow up• Lead generation• Lead follow up• CRM• Database campaigns• Follow the listing plan of action• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• A real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
