Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Lead generation• Team and individual sales• Sales scripts mastery• Set appointments• Execute consultations• Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
