They are looking for a talented and experienced Solar Sales Professional who wants to work for a local solar installer with a stellar reputation for excellent customer service. They are focused on constant improvement of business operations and believe in hiring superior talent and promoting from within. We build them all. · Company provided leads through advertising and referrals. · Advertising includes TV, digital, print, sponsorships and more. · Self-generated leads are encouraged and incentivized. · You will be treated as a professional with control over your calendar. · Salesforce CRM, Aurora and other best-in-class technology tools to increase your productivity and help you close more deals. · Site assessments done for you Responsibilities · Manage your sales pipeline and provide updates of activity and progress · Meet or exceed sales quota to hit targets and bonuses · Provide 5-star customer service at all times · Reflect the company's values of integrity and respect · Learn and use company sales tools and process · Work in Salesforce CRM to report and track sales data · Manage paperwork in an organized and accurate fashion · Work at periodic sales events as required · Generate leads from prospecting activity · Bring a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented attitude to work Qualifications · Passionate about solar energy, sales and constant improvement · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Demonstrated successful experience in direct sales · Demonstrated skills in building and leading a team. · Experience working in a CRM and Microsoft office. · Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with a team · Able to prioritize tasks and hold yourself accountable for delivering results on schedule · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · Two or more years' experience in direct sales Compensation Estimated Compensation range: $90,000 - $200,000+ First Year Potential Salary + Commission + Bonus pay structure with training pay.
