Tecumseh Manufacturing, 418 Silvercreek Industrial Drive, Tecumseh ON, is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as: PRODUCTION MANAGER Reporting to the Operations Manager, The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations, including coordinating daily activities, monitoring performance metrics and upholding compliance with quality standards and company policies. At the same time, they are deeply committed on maintaining a safe workplace, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting employee growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Assist in development & implementation of Quality & Business Operating Systems, while ensuring plant wide compliance. Coordinate the daily activities of the facility as set out by customer demands. Monitor, analyze and report out on department performance to meet the overall business KPI's. Collaborate with HR to develop, implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee labour planning to meet production requirements. Ensure personal and associate awareness and understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 (includes ISO 9001) Standards, and company policies. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
