Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Fires Direction and Control SME - AI for Fires. The standards for personnel to be considered minimally qualified regarding appropriate combinations of education, training, and experience as a Fires Direction and Control SME: Position Description Nemean Solutions is seeking a talented Fires SME to join a diverse, highly skilled team to create unique solutions for complex problems involving identifying emerging threats and modernizing US weapon systems and training devices. This is a full-time position with the Nemean Solutions in Lawton, Oklahoma, supporting the U.S. Army at Ft. Sill. This position is a combination of US Army Fires training expertise and identification of future threats to Fires systems at Ft. Sill. The primary technical objective is creating a more realistic training environment for soldiers operating Air and Missile Defense weapon systems and Field Artillery in the presence of various Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA) effects. An important goal for this project is to improve resiliency against CEMA effects for both the weapon systems and the soldiers that operate them. This position requires close interaction on-site with U.S. Army customers, including the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). Communication skills are an extremely important part of this position. Responsibilities Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service. Previously held MOS of 13J, 14G, 14H, 131A, or 140A at the Senior level (Completion of SLC or WOAC). Operated Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (AFATDS), Global Broadcast Service (GBS), primary Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), and primary tactical High Frequency (HF) and FM Radios. Experience in operation of AFATDS hardware, software, database, and communications. Requirements and Qualifications: Secret/Sensitive Compartmental information (S/SCI). Established and sustained communications across mission command platforms associated with Fire Direction and Fire Control such as AMDWS, JADOCS, FAADC2, and IBCS. Supervised fire direction operations including preparation of data and automated data systems. Additional Skills and Qualifications: Certification in Cybersecurity. Performed at an Army Training Center as an Observer/Controller (OC). Team player able to work and communicate with cross functional teams between software developers, Air Defense Artillery, Field Artillery, business managers, and Army Leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours, 0900 to 1430, or as established by the RA. The facility is closed during local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Place of Performance: The primary work location will be Job Location within Government facilities. Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.
