Interflight Parking at MKE Airport is currently Hiring! Join our talented and enthusiastic team today! Interflight Parking provides equal employment opportunities for all employees. This position is a Part-Time position and will require Friday and Saturday Availability from 2pm-10:30pm. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with parking customers upon entry to the saver A lot. Duties will include welcoming the customer and directing them to the areas to park. proper handling of cash, tickets, and administrative functions. Also providing excellent customer service with transactions and information regarding the airport and to direct traffic. Position Objective: To ensure the proper fees for each customer. Maintain overall basic care of the booth and surrounding areas. Administer excellent customer service at all times with all transactions. Position Responsibilities: •Maintain accurate cash handling at all times•Help customers with information•Greet all customers•Cash and tickets must balance at the end of each shift•Follow all other cash and ticket handling procedures•Ensure excellent customer service is used at all times Physical Requirements: •Ability to sit, stand and move around as duties dictate•Bend, kneel and turn in order to perform daily tasks•Maintain a professional attitude and image•Willingness to learn, and perform a variety of tasks in order to meet operational needs•Work independently and as a team•Ability to handle stressful situations concerning customers•Ability to work in all weather conditionsPosition Qualifications:•Previous cash handling work preferred•Organizational skills and attention to detail required•Excellent customer service skills•Excellent communication skills•Have an excellent attendance record Here's what we offer: Comprehensive benefits packages in the industry including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with employer match.
