COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Salary: up to $100 K negotiable per experience Relocation - Up to $30 K Sign on - $10 K Negotiable Retention: At 2 year mark CME: 5 days allowance Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH Annual Base Increase up to 5% PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) 4- or 5-day schedules - your choice Practice choice: outpatient, inpatient, or a mix - your choice. Mixture of individual and group work See your patients weekly or biweekly, schedule based on clinical acuity and need. Choose to work in the following areas: Adult, C&A, Family, Marriage, Addiction etc. OPEN POSITIONS Outpatient Rural Health - Based in Anchorage with monthly travel to our rural villages. In-Home Therapy Program - Based in Anchorage Visiting homes weekly to provide guidance and treatment to families and individuals. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Clinician I: 3years’ experience in one of the following areas: Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Ph D or Psy D in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Clinician II Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to the following: Two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for master’s level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for Ph D or Psy D level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I.
