JOB DESCRIPTION Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Skill Level(s): Expert The Candidate shall work closely with multiple application teams; however, the Organization project manager will manage the priorities. • lead the projects teams to integrate Organization’s systems with a new web-based system, replacing the legacy enterprise messaging system, which will reside in the Organization’s cloud environment. • assist Organization’s Partners to setup AI/ML environments. • assist Organization’s Partners to setup access to data in the enterprise messaging system to reduce manual review on responding to questions and automatically extract and tag important data. • maintain systems and applications in the Organization’s cloud environment. • optimize operational efficiency of systems and applications in a cloud environment. • work to ensure security compliance within the cloud infrastructure. • design, develop, implement cloud-based solutions for optimization. • maintain cloud-based solutions. • deploy and debug cloud stacks. • educate teams on new cloud initiatives. • maintain the security of the cloud infrastructure. REQUIRED SKILLS Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Skill Level(s): ExpertThe Candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: • providing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support to production systems to include troubleshooting. • cloud platform administration such as Amazon Web Services. • configuration and infrastructure management of technical components, including hardware, software, and data. • developing and continuing improvement of automation and procedures scripts. • analyzing and supporting cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services. • monitoring system performance and recommending corrective action. • documenting cloud environment and maintaining the documentation. • infrastructure-as-code software such as Terraform or Ansible. • scripting languages such as Python. • Linux or Linux Administration. • software version control management such as GitHub. • application build pipelines such as Jenkins. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include: • obtaining Organizations authentication and accreditation certification for systems with highly sensitive data. • complying with Organization’s regulations and policies regarding systems integration with external services (such as access control or auditing), patching and maintaining current versions of software, outage reporting, accessibility requirements, internal-use software reporting, or auditing. • JIRA, Confluence or SharePoint. • providing excellent customer service. • briefing technical topics to a non-technical audience. • operating within the life cycle management process when implementing changes in technology. • effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. • excelling both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment and security best practices. • problem-solving skills. • oral and written communication skills. • strong leadership abilities and experience juggling competing priorities. Certification(s): AWS Certification or other relevant certifications.
