RDO is seeking a professional experienced in project management to join their team with the objective of moving projects through to completion. This role will work with all team members and stakeholders in order to implement new projects, launch new marketing initiatives, and produce events for RDO. Event production is a core piece of how RDO delivers results for their students. You must have experience with running online events, using zoom meeting, producing an online event, and knowing all the pieces that need to be done for a successful event. You are perfect for this role if you love efficiency, systems, and ensuring projects and communication run smoothly. You take pride in your work and are exceptional at making sure teams have the resources they need to excel in their jobs and meet deadlines. When a project needs to be moved forward, you roll up your sleeves and move it. An understanding of the digital marketing industry is crucial to this role. Many projects will include landing pages through ClickFunnels or email campaigns in Active Campaign. While you do not need to do the work, you need to understand how all pieces of a funnel map work together. Your proactive thinking will ensure no detail is missed as a new marketing initiative is created. Responsibilities General Responsibilities Attend meetings regularly and as needed in order to identify action items. Track all projects and tasks in Asana for all team members. Complete administrative tasks as needed. Team Management Hold team members accountable to deadlines and project objectives. Lead weekly team meetings in order to move projects forward and remove roadblocks for team members. Project Management Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met. Act as a bridge between different departments and team members to facilitate collaboration and information flow and cultivate team communication, cohesion, and trust. Prioritize and set tasks and deadlines for contractors and employees and hold them accountable for these deliverables. Keep leadership informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle Event Management & Online Event Producer Oversee and manage event timeline, ensuring deadlines are met Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including tech, communications, tasks and logistics. Manage vendor relationships. Manage event registration, attendee experience, and communications Serve as Event Producer for each monthly virtual event in the event software platform, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Producing livestream starts, stops and breakouts and deploying backup streaming if necessary. (Monthly events take place Thursday-Sunday) Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) This position is for a person who is: Experience and understanding of the digital marketing including, but not limited to: funnels, lead magnets, email campaigns, etc. Experience and robust knowledge of Asana Proactive - Always anticipating the next step and how pieces of a project relate to one another. Detail-Oriented - Sees the big picture while managing all details, big or small Adaptable - Able to accept change when things move quickly. Confident - Speak up and lead others during meetings. Team Player - Do what it takes to complete the project. Resourceful - Thrives in a startup environment. Camera Ready - Quiet working space with ability to be on camera during Excellent written and verbal communication in English language Additional requirements: Available to work and communicate during US timezone plus some evenings and weekends (as needed). Available to attend monthly online events on Zoom (or other event platform) that take place Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Sunday. Access to a computer Reliable internet connection Reliable and distraction-free work environment Software Utilized by Company Asana, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Zoom Offer Details This is a full-time, remote contract worker position, 40 hours a week. This position is open to international candidates. The ideal candidate will be available to work during US timezones and for some evening and weekend work as needed (approximately once per month).
