Radiology physician job in Massachusetts : A physician-owned and independent multi-specialty group in southeast Massachusetts is adding a general radiologist to join its busy imaging division. About the opportunity: Studies are performed either on the main campus or at a satellite but can be interpreted remotely if desired Prefer candidates with 3 or more years of experience Skills in general radiology, abdominal imaging, musculoskeletal imaging, CT, and ultrasound required Credentialing in 3-D mammography (tomosynthesis) is not required, but desirable Ability to interpret MRI, and specific training (Fellowship) in Body Imaging and/or MSK imaging would be valuable, but not required The radiologists do not perform biopsies, drainage or invasive procedures, obstetrical imaging, neonatal or pediatric imaging, major trauma imaging, nuclear medicine, or molecular imaging studies Radiologists are on duty (on site) from 8 am until 6 pm during the week and a rotating half-day on Saturdays There are no night-time studies, few emergencies, and no on-call interpretations.
