HILL INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS HAS DIESEL TECHNICIAN JOBS AVAILABLE GET PAID FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE PLUS BONUSES Great Pay $20 - $35 per hour plus bonuses Benefits Package Full benefits package including 401K, healthcare, and PTO Tool Allowance Tool allowance of $500 a year (2x $250) Benefits: $20 - $35 per hour plus bonuses Technician boot allowance - $250 annually for techs as a gift card to local shoe vendor - location-specific Signing bonuses for qualified candidates ($2,000 - $5,000 paid over 12 - 36 months of service, case-by-case basis) Private locker and lunchrooms 401k with a 4% dollar-for-dollar match at 1 year of service Efficiency bonuses Company-paid certifications Company-paid OEM training State-of-the-art facilities The BEST company culture Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience or an associate degree from an accredited diesel technology school or a combination of 2 years of school/work experience combined About Hill International Trucks LLC Hill International Trucks has been committed to providing our employees with a second-to-none work experience for more than 125 years.
