You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Our ideal candidate is committed to helping our guests actively and consistently, performing routine maintenance, associated paperwork, and minor repairs. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks• Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary Compensation: $16 hourly About Company: Encore Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer with great benefits and a rapidly growing portfolio.
