Description:
Assists in the troubleshooting of performance, integration, and user management issues by digging into application and system logs Participates in Agile ceremonies to understand deliverables and timelines for admin activities Possesses working knowledge of Service Now core fields like records and tables Uses workflows to handle various processes from different customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF capabilities and limitations; experience in test management tools and methodologies Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define data policies and establish data governance standards within the ServiceNow platform; configure data policies needed for governance. Design and develop custom user interfaces using CSS; optimize CSS code for performance, scalability and maintainability Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related degree a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Ability to build tables, add new fields, vie/dashboards, form creation. Has knowledge of using UI (user interface) and navigation system with the framework.
