The ideal candidate will handle a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including class actions, single plaintiff cases, and providing general employment advice and counsel. Duties:Handle class action and representative actions, as well as single plaintiff cases, in labor and employment law.Provide general employment advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Participate in discovery processes and defend depositions.Represent clients in evidentiary hearings, status conferences, and trial proceedings.Argue dispositive motions in court. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in the State of California.3-5 years of general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience.Strong research and writing skills.Ability to effectively manage caseloads and deadlines. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to practice law in the State of California. Skills:Experience in class action and representative actions.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong oral advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
