Position Overview: We are currently seeking a driven and personable individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Unlike traditional sales roles, we emphasize building relationships and providing exceptional service rather than cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients through warm leads and referrals. Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' insurance needs and preferences. Educate Veterans about our range of insurance products and thier coverage options through the VA burial and show them how to register for the national state or private cemetary . Also help them prepare a bural and will kit to ensure thier final planning is all taken care of. Customize insurance solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the policy lifecycle. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives. Qualifications: Previous sales experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
