First and foremost, this is not a direct sales position and it is not completely commission-based. It has an hourly compensation of $15/hr with UNCAPPED BONUS - AND Paid training will be provided. Now that I have your attention, allow me to explain what this job entails.We are Renewal by Andersen, one of the oldest window companies in America. This position goes Door-to-Door setting appointments that are then given to our design consultants to close! You will be responsible for knocking on avg 100 doors a day to set quality appointments. This is a hybrid position that is mostly remote with you only having to come to the office a maximum of 3 times a week as needed.Responsibilities Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods in order set appointments for the company. Communicate effectively, engage homeowner and build rapport. Use persuasive selling techniques to promote Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. Collaborate with team members to meet clearly stated goals. Most importantly, enjoy the job. We Offer $ 16 an hour base Uncapped bonus, based upon industry standards.
