The role involves providing individual, family, and group counseling to youth ages 6-24. The perfect candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work and be licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in the State of Oregon or working towards licensure in Oregon. We offer support and supervision for those pursuing licensure. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to working in an LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist environment that advocates for youth empowerment and expression. Our therapists are employed with benefits. Full-time therapists are expected to conduct an average of 22 clinical hours per week. Qualifications: --- To be considered for the position of Youth & Family Therapist, a Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work is a requirement. --- It is essential to hold an active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Oregon, or have intentions to pursue licensure in Oregon. --- Candidates must be Oregon residents, with a preference for those located in Southern Oregon. --- Prior clinical experience working with youth and families is highly valued for this role.
