We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly About Company: We are one of the top-producing State Farm Agencies in the State with big dreams and aspirations.
