Duties: • Handle sophisticated real estate lending transactions, with a focus on balance sheet bank lending. • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate finance transactions. • Conduct legal research to support transactional work and provide legal opinions. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful completion of transactions. • Provide advice on legal and regulatory matters related to real estate finance.
