Description:
s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or related field and at least 5 years of management work experience in the manufacturing sector. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience acquired in the pulp and paper industry related to tissue manufacturing, including experience with leading a manufacturing department (e.g., maintenance, mechanical, operations, electrical, production, logistics, etc.), managing and coaching individuals, safe working practices (lockout, PPE, confined space, etc.), paper mill equipment, products, and new technologies, evaluating and implementing optimized planning and scheduling processes, implementing key performance indicators to monitor progress of project objectives, designing and implementing complete maintenance processes with pulp and paper mills, and experience with Capital Expenditures (CapEx). Travel within the United States and Canada is required up to 5% for corporate meetings, training and/or specialized conferences. /.
