With over 50 locations across the country, we are committed to providing convenience, quality, and value to our customers. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our products and services Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns Manage marketing budget and track return on investment Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and partners Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials Plan and coordinate events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements Stay up-to-date with industry developments and apply best practices to our marketing efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Creative mindset and a passion for marketing We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A dynamic and collaborative work environment A chance to be part of a growing company and make an impact on its success If you have a passion for marketing and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
