Role Information: Make outgoing calls to warm leads provided by the agency. Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products that best suit their needs. Enhance your sales skills through ongoing training and coaching, sharpening your professional abilities. Take inbound calls and resolve issues for our customers Requirements Needed for the Role: Strong soft skills, including aggressiveness, a money-driven mindset, exceptional work ethic, dependability, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and an ability to work well in a team environment. Must be licensed with a Property and Casualty Insurance license or Personal Lines license. Commitment to a 40-hour work week within our LaGrange office.
